MOODIAS HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES
We provide both general and specialty nursing services. If you or someone you know needs a nurse to provide individualized nursing care from 4 - 24 hours/day, up to 7 days/week while at home or while in the hospital, we have highly qualified nurses to meet your individualized and special care needs. Your plan of care is directed and ordered by your doctor. We provide skilled nursing services to adults, children, and infants on an hourly basis in the safety and comfort of the client’s own home; we can also provide a private duty nurse for hospitalized patients. A registered professional nurse will visit to conduct an assessment of the patient and determine the patient’s care needs. Our nursing supervisor works with your physician to oversee your care and makes regular visits to your home to provide supervision of the nursing staff and coordination of services.
Generally, our services are provided and billed on a per-visit basis, usually 1-2 hours in duration depending on the type and level of care the client requires. If your health insurance includes coverage for extended hours or private duty nursing benefits, MOODIAS will assist you in making that determination, and will bill your insurance company directly for your care. You may be required to pay for part of the service, if your insurance requires a deductible or co-pay amount.

Our staff includes both general duty and specialty nurses to meet your specific staffing needs. MOODIAS is responsible for ensuring that the nurses and aides participate in required in-service trainings during orientation; and expectations required by law or regulation are repeated annually. In addition, continuing education programs are offered to help staff maintain clinical competence. MOODIAS’ relief or supplemental staffing fees are competitively priced, billed hourly, and based on the staff qualification level requested. A staffing service agreement is required between MOODIAS and the healthcare facility or business in order to begin using our staffing service. MOODIAS is proud of its record of reliability and responsiveness in meeting the needs of our healthcare facility and business clients. Once you compare our rates to the cost of a regular employee (considering wages, payroll taxes, unemployment and worker’s compensation insurances, health insurance, vacation pay, sick pay, criminal background checks, physical exams, and fringe benefits) you will find MOODIAS’ temporary staff rates to be very reasonable.
